I threw up lunch today. I could tell it was coming. I'm starting to get "dog nose" now and everything is starting to stink. If it goes like it did with Ro boy, everyone will soon have a severe case of halitosis. ugh.
Other smells catch me off guard too. We went into Linens & Things tonight and I was almost knocked down by the overwhelming cinnamon potpourri. My stomach instantly starting churning. I didn't throw up again but I had to leave the store.
The bun - week 6 I'm already on week 6 of pregnancy. Ironically, the first two weeks of your pregnancy -- you're not even pregnant because they start counting from the day your last period started, which is Sept. 8th, which makes the baby due on June 14th.
Oct 15: According to my pregnancy calendar, the baby officially became a fetus yesterday. It was an embryo before that. Now, the fetus has a blood circulatory system that links with mine, through the chorionic villi (the 'fingers' of cells that have embedded in the lining of the uterus). The fetal blood group may be different from mine. It probably will be. I know Ro boy's was different. He's a something-positive and I'm an O-negative.
Articles like this always shock me, although I've heard it over and over and over.
Housey stuff We did our final walk through of the house tonight. Everything looked spiff. They had decent record keeping as well - because they left us piles of receipts for everything they had done on the house and all the manuals to all the appliances which are quite new.
We go to closing tomorrow morning. The paralegal gave me the worst directions ever, so I'm just hoping we can find the place or that mapquest will add some sense to her babblings.
Oh yeah, Husband decided to tackle the floors himself with the help of my stepfather, whose done the hardwood floor thing before. They start sanding on Friday night. Eep!
