Because of all the rain today, we went to Target tonight to let Ro baby run around for awhile. We hung out in the gardening section for quite awhile because Ro baby has developed a thing for looking at his reflection in funny shapes like those glass balls people stick in their gardens. (Why do they put them in their gardens? Eh?) Ro baby loves staring at his distorted reflection. We usually peer into each and every glass ball on the shelf. It's funny. He also looks and smiles at himself in car doors, brass bed finials, and puddles.

new knitting project
I started my next knitting project, which is loosely based on the German military bread bag or brotbeutel. The link will tell you way more than you'd ever want to know, but at least you can see a picture. They're a handy way to carry things around because they're basically a bag/extra pocket you attach to your belt. Husband wears one frequently. I want to make a girly one --- and perhaps try felting it. This will give me a way to carry things around when I don't want to carry my back pack. And, it will give me another way to avoid purses, which I dislike immensely. They seem so ridiculous, but maybe that's just because I'm one of those people who'd lose my head if it wasn't attached.

Men are cuter while cleaning
This article says that women find their husbands more attractive if they help clean the house. He he. I always thought it was just me. It's actually sort of a standing joke with us. I think the word needs to get out on this one. Think of how tidy everyone's house would be. I think I might print it out large and stick it on the refrigerator.

I'm still glazed from all the work and am dragging around in a recovery period. Early to bed for me. Hooray.
